Response to my book



 The book I'm currently reading is called, "Fall Out". I first chose to read this book because I really liked the gap between a comical picture on the front cover and the information about this book on its back cover that makes you feel nervous. This story was from the summer of 1962, a place where the nuclear bomb was dropped. Then they started to think that they all might be dead because of it. The main characters are Scott and some other friends. The worst thing was that his house was the only house with the shelter which made them make a hard decision. As I mentioned above, I couldn't imagine reading something historical and warlike out of a book that makes us think that it might be about realistic fiction.
 The other thing that was unique about thing book was that people rushed in to his house that was only for four people. They also ate the food they had that was for four of the people in his family. I've heard that people had multiple shelters underground during the war and they also looked for hours and hours to find their food so the fact that a lot of people trying to eat the food that was meant for four people rather than look for their own food made me think that it was strange.

    That sounds like a very interesting book. You need two paragraphs or if you have two you need to make it more noticeable.

Research Post

 My research topic is about Islamophobia. Islamophobia is a type of non-Muslim people who are disrespecting the Muslims. Islamophobia is a serious problem in our modern society especially because of the many violence that Islamists did around the world, who claim to be a Muslim. In my research paper, I will answer my research question how do violent acts done in the name of Islam go against the principles of Islam?  How has this contributed to Islamophobia?  Just about few decades ago, people didn't really know anything about Islam or things that are related to Islam unless you are Muslim or related to Muslim society. But in our society that we currently I've in, people have made many mistakes about Islam and so does the Islamists. They are both misinterpreting in their own way. I found it interesting to try to find out what was going through the Islamophobic society.

Vocabulary Free Post

When my sister used to go to a college in Louisiana, we met each other on the weekends when my sister had time to spend time with me. She always looked tired when she was coming into my house because of her work that she did and drive that made her feel exhausted. I was concerned about it because I didn't want her to feel overwhelming about the fact that she had to come every weekend. So  I told her that she didn't need to come every weekend if that's making her feel uncomfortable. But she said she's fine because she didn't like staying in her dorm for the whole week when she doesn't have any classes.  Most of the time, we used to go somewhere to eat with my sister.
